At the outset, I wish a VERY HAPPY GANESHA FESTIVAL to all:-)
As usual we all went to our native place (at post Shirgaon near Palghar) for Ganesha (Elephant-head God) festival. Before leaving our village for Mumbai, I thought I should go to the beach and look out for some clicks. My cousin Arun kindly assisted me through out the evening though he had tons of work at home. I felt obliged.
He looked interested in photography and told me that he would love to learn the same soon. We reached the beach by 4 pm. The Sun was pretty high up and the atmosphere was terribly humid. Arun seemed reluctant to wait till 6 pm just to shoot the Sunset. To kill the time we roamed here and there talking about philosophies of life:-) By 5.30 pm, due to a tiring long walk and the consequent agony, I saw the Sunset colors appearing on Arun's face much before the actual Sunset:-) I requested him to sit back and try to think of his poems (he is a great poet) till the time I had a walk through the sea-side woods.
As the Sun was about to set down, I clicked some shots of Arun watching the Sunset without letting him know about it. He is a hardcore photo-shy guy. (A human figure in the frame is Arun with my backpack on his shoulders)
I am sure when he will see this picture, he will kindly forgive me for dragging him all the way with me :-)
So Arun, when is our next shoot? ;-)

Brilliant... just brilliant !!
So serene it is and as someone said lone human & lone bird make it more beautiful.
There is a little bit of cloud on the sun also.
Even I have captured this kind of shots. :)
Great Work Abhijit.
